As an organizational consultant, Christina Becker has a deep understanding of the structural underpinnings of organizational dynamics and conflict. She helped our Jungian Psychoanalytic Society navigate through a complex Ethics situation involving our Executive Committee, Training Committee, Ethics Committee and Ethics Appeals Committee. Sometimes when in my role as President running the business meetings of our psychoanalytic group it would begin to feel like herding cats. When complexes got stirred in different subgroups in a business meeting irrational elements entered the room and interrupted the flow of deliberations. I would get stumped and my Executive Committee members out in the crowd were unable to help with their usual non-verbal signals as they too were stumped. At these times I could turn to Christina and she would clearly communicate her take on the situation getting us unstuck.
